hey manish..remove that chevrolet logo from the corvette(in the last pic)...it looks totally outta place.Im having the same car and i removed the sticker the day I bought it.

A couple of more cars from my collection

The first is a 1:43 scale 1978 Mazda Savana RX7 GT by Ebbro models. They make one of the best 1:43s in the business. This one is 1 of 3000 pcs worldwide. The detailing is mindblowing. Even the pop up lights come up but I havent tried it. Pics of the Mazda

The second is a very rare by Maisto. It is a 1:43 scale 1996 Ferrari 550 Maranello. They are very hard to find now. Great detailing here as well. Actually pictures dont do justice to either car. Here are pics of the Ferrari

All said and done that whatever efforts have been put in getting the best out of the scale model photography. But i personally would like to thank DIPPY for starting this thread and i believe that he was the first one to show off his talent and put life into these scale models and post them, while others followed. I may be wrong here. But thats what i feel and i am writing this.

adihosh: The 500k at its best. One of the best scale model pictures I have seen. The 500k is one of Maisto's finest models made yet. Hats off to those pictures. We need more from you. I am keen to know more about your collection I hope Rudra sees this.

Bought this red BBurago 1:18 Range Rover Sport from Khan market in Delhi. Couldn't spend too much time with the camera but took it to some off-roading as soon as I got it home.:)

I have been watching this thread, and finally taking the plunge in scale model collection.

@Barcode. I have that exact same Ferrari. Go in for it, the detailing is good. Dipps, I have a 1:43 Ferrari 456 GT-GTA From Maisto. It is mounted on the Dashboard of BLL 4919
