Hi Guys,

Saw some real great models here.
Have been collecting scale models since 1981 now.
Started scale modelling aircraft in 1998.

The scale in which i collect Models are as follows:

Bikes - 1:18
Cars - 1:61/1:32/1:24/1:18/1:12 - S**T!! They dont standardise these damn things.
Aircraft - 1:144

Most of them have been rare collectors items -
To name a few - Lancia Stratos, Corvette 59-61-74-81-91-2001-2006 (Yes all of them), Renault 5, Opel Kaydett, Cord, Bugatti Royale, Mustang - 69-74-2001, All the american muscle cars,

My personal prized possession is a Black GullWing Mercedes 300 SL.

Will try to click some snaps of the models and send them across.

Current Tally stands at 250!

Hmm...Can i smell envy..Just Kidding.

Cheers

Praveen

I don't have too many models cars, but I have some advanced Technic Lego sets.
Out of them, I adore 8880 set most. A picture can be seen in http://www.brickset.com/search.aspx?query=8880

It has following features:

* V8 engine (non-functional :)) but as the car moves, pistons travel inside engine compartment
* 4 wheel drive with 3 differentials (front, rear, centre)
* 4 speed H type working gearbox
* Independent suspension on all wheels
* 4 wheel steering (when steering is rotated, rear wheels rotate 50% of front wheels)
* pop up headlamp (can be operated by a lever from driver's seat)

My Latest model
