We have 1:24 and 1:18 scale car models in the Maisto Playerz and Pro-Rodz series. You are welcome to visit our office by giving a prior call.

This is the mail i got. Cant wait to go there :D

@GTA : I have seen Chrysler 300Cs the Players edition ones in Model Art. Maybe you could call and ask them if they have any in stock?

About the Model Art office, do they have anything apart from Players and the Play Rods?

@Dippy, what is your opinion of diecast models from Ricko? Saw a Escalade in the local diecast store, happens to be a Ricko. The Ricko model is the 2003 Escalade ESV, there is also one from Mattel, the 2007 Escalade, but I have not yet come across that on the local market.

Yes, its the Maisto 1:18 300SLR 722...... The Moss-Jenkinson 1955 Mille Miglia car. I got it in Landmark. There is also a scale model of the car Fangio used in the same event.....someday I will get that one too.

Could you put up the pictures please. Somehow i have missed them out when i was going through the thread.

@Dipps- They have a lot of things. I think they must have some old autoarts lying around too. Hopefully.

Here is my latest addition to my garage, a 1:24 Renault F1 car used by Fernando Alonso during the 2004-2005 F1 season.

Hey RPM the 1:24 Renault sure looks great. didn't know Hot Wheels made 1:24.

@ GTA Thanks for the updates on Modelart. Hope they still have the 1:18 Ford GT40 Autoart.

@ RPMPKDMFF,
your models are really great, specially the chevy van.cheers:

Sinner no GT40 either. Atleast not in Bombay. They said they can get stuff from Bangalore if they have it in stock there.
Its a 10 Rs. ricksha ride from Goregaon station on the Eastern side. I would suggest you not to take your cars or bikes as there seems to be no parking on the road or inside the building complex. The store is on the 4th floor. You take the first entrance on the right of the building as you enter the main gate. There is a furniture shop on the corner of the building and next to it is the entrance. There is a elevator that is hidden from view. Walk a couple of feet from the entrance and there you find it.
Again when you get out of the lift on the 4th floor, take a right and then another right and walk past a big office furniture shop. There will be some Creative Education boxes lying opposite the ModelArt warehouse, so its an easy find. Gosh, this sounds like a walkthrough of a video game.

Blackadder, what about the pricing of the models from the office? Are they selling them at regular retail price or do they offer any discounts?

Thanks Blackadder for the update... Thats a very details info of the place... I'd call him today only to have a check on his inventory.
