Thanks for that link! I can see the intensity of hurricane Patricia that is going to hit Mexico. It is being called the western hemisphere's strongest hurricane ever, with wind speeds in excess of 200mph!

I did not know air planes were used to relay upper atmosphere temperature information to weather forecasting services. Pretty neat idea.
