Hey,

Noticed this phone in Jetwings yesterday! Ad said it was a limited edition phone only.

So I called up the number given, apparently it sells for Rs.37,995/-.

Although thats really pretty darn expensive for a phone with average features, I just love the look of it. I'd venture as far as saying its the best phone I've ever seen.

Any of you cell addicts out there have any more details on this or planning on getting one? It sure would be exclusive!

Check it out here

The phone looks awesome...seen it at a shop here in bangalore too.. Its damn slim but damn wide man. And it doesnt really have the features to command a price tag of closr to 40k. Would rather get a P900 or P910 instead.

I believe the high price is due to the exotic materials that have gone into it.

A bit off topic .. but I love my Samsung SGH-E715...

It's a basic phone (not a smartphone like my 6600 which was stolen a couple of months ago...) but its really sleek, sexy, slim, and light. I love it for that. When my 6600 was taken from me, I instantly knew I was going to go and get this one.

The E715 has a flash next to the camera and also a jhinchak 6 color LED that showers out all psychedelic disco colors when the phone rings. It's almost shameful and but its an incentive to pick up the phone asap

The E715/E710 is technically the same as the E700, except for the flash and service light. Apart from that, the E715 was manufactured to be sold exclusively by the carrier T-Mobile USA/UK and no one else in the world. Similar to how you can't buy those old Reliance Samsung/LG phones in the market other than buying a Reliance connection with which you get it free.
