Registration Charges Refund

Hi Guys,
this maybe not possible but just wanted to confirm
If I am buying a company owned car, can i apply for refund of the difference of the 1 time registration paid by the company. reason for askin is the company registration charges are more than individual. the car is mumbai registrated.

Yes u can get a refund.. But i am not sure if u will get it or the company will.. Get hold of an RTO agent and he will guide u...

is it worth the effort..Plus the RTO Agent will also ask for a commision to get the papers done...! I think the difference is much better paid of...that if the company gets the RC and all other documents transferred in your name and address..and save you the trouble...!
