Very sorry to hear. Was a big fan of his writings, Never had an opportunity to interact with him, however his writings always sounded like I was having a personal conversation with him. I was always inspired to write like him.RIP sam. My heart felt condolences to his family and friends.

Unbelievable..

Cannot believe; do not want to believe.. I pray that his soul may rest in peace for ever and that god at least give Jenny and Sam's family the strength to cope with this irreplaceable loss..

Sam, you will be missed eternally.

Just logged on to TBHP and read this sad news. I am a big fan of sams' travelogues and his writings. Though I had never met him he has always motivated me to live life to its fullest. I prey for a speedy recovery of Jenny and Sams' dad. He was a true legend.

May he rest in peace.

Even though I had not met him even once in any of the meets I attended so far, I had seen his VDO's showing him full of life in the meets. R.I.P. Boss....I pray with waheguru for speedy recovery for jenny.

Why are the ways of the world so cruel? He was the guy who gave new meaning to the words "Live your life to the fullest".

Never knew that the death of someone I have never met could shake me up so much.

Every time i look at this thread,i wish it were not true.
Such was his stature that,his death is being mourned in forums,perhaps he never even visited once.

R.I.P Sam Kapasi, I was one of the members on this forum who followed the Nano - Mumbai to Delhi journey with the greatest respect for the sheer guts and enthusiasm of this great soul!!

Never missed a single post from Sam, Now it pains to know that there will never be another post from him :(

24 hours and I still find it hard to digest the fact that he is gone.

God has been very unfair with us. First Robin and now Sam. I have no words for this great showman.

I received call from Kartik and didnt believe him at all. So confirmed the news with NC! I dont remember anything after that. Im still numb. I have no words.

A special mention to Team-Bhp family. A core group was probably the first to reach. A great support on and off line.
