This movie by steven speilberg called 'Duel'. Was shown on star movies ages ago. Chase between a truck and some american car. The whole movie is a chase scene. Nail biting action.
The opening sequence of cannonball run with the countach and the pontiac police car. Makes your love for all cars italian stronger.
Ronin ofcourse. Nothing like seeing huge sedans chasing one another in narrow city streets.
Yup powerslave...french connection has one of those all time great car chases.

Hi there, here for one i differ,
for me, the best car chase scenes are from the french movies TAXI and its sequel TAXI 2! a peugeot 206(maybe) flying(literally) around marsielle!! being chased (or rather raced) by mercs in the first part and by lancers in the second! great drives!! and great fun too!
And Shravan, i think it was a dodge charger v/s the supra in that drag sequence in fast and furious, do correct me if i'm wrong!
And of course, the movie that started it all: MADMAX::

Addy . The Lambo in the chase in Joshua Tree was a Countach not a Diablo. Awesome chase that though. The Canon Bal Intro chse rocks too. Countach against the Trans Am police car. That Countach engine note is unforgettable....
