Best ROOM Air conditioner

Guys,

I am planning to buy new air conditioner for my flat. I want 2 A/c's, 1 Split and 1 Window based unit. Can anyone recommend good brand. I have several choices like,

1. Samsung
2. LG
3. Hitachi
4. Carrier
5. Voltas

I want whisper quit (specially in window) and energy efficient AC and company which have good parts and after sales service (thane - Bombay). What are your recommendations?
