Ohh not really.. That infact is the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin hamad al thani ..
Now, There is a story as to why that photo is on that Rear wind screen. So id been working in Qatar for the last 3 years before coming down for good to India end of 2019 (I know, Bad-timing considering the COVID pandemic stupid: ) So on one of my little brothers' visits to Doha, he observed that a lot of cars in Qatar (infact more than 60%) had the Emir's photo attached on the rear wind shield or even the metal body at the rear. My young brother, as Car-crazy as me, happened to visit a few Car-accessories shops just for these and bought them to Mumbai, got them pasted over both my cars (Without me knowing) lol:
