Please do; keep your bill handy as you are required to give out the RR number and other stuff the first time.

Each complaint is assigned a docket number and tracked till the end.

If that doesn't work, use the BESCOM website to log your concern.

Can't say enough thanks for this timely post. This worked like a charm - if I can call 24hrs as charm .

I applied for allotment of KA registration number for a already KA tax paid MH car on 15th April, since the TAT was mentioned as close to 30 days was patiently waiting. But even after that there was no sign of movement in the status. Yesterday evening raised a greivance on this ipgrs portal and voila, by today evening got a message saying issue was resolved. With a little confusion opened the portal and the resolution message was updated with the KA number .

The grievance registered on 18 May got officially assigned to the RTO on 30 May at 4:53 PM and my license was printed and dispatched on 31 May by 11 AM. See the speed!!

The smart card reached me today.

Did you register your grievance in pgportal(cpgrams) or ipgrs?

If in pgportal, did you register it against Ministry of Road Transport and Highways(MORTH)?

I do not see RTO option in ipgrs.

I registered in both but there was no progress through PG Portal. They resolved the complaint after several months. In IPGRS, you would see RTO / Transport Dept (I do not remember exactly) once you register/sign-in.

I had raised a grievance on the pgportal about the unethical toll being levied between Satara in Maharashtra and Hattargi in Karnataka although the stretch is undergoing 6 laning and the service roads are pathetic, potholed with unmarked speed breakers. I raised this in Oct post my Pune Bangalore drive when I enquired at the KA end toll about the bad road condition and I was told that the toll was charged half due to the bad roads whereas there was nothing of half toll fee charged in Maharashtra.
I got a call today from the DARPG team saying there is a resolution mentioned to my grievance on the pgportal however this is not visible to me in my login. I gave a feedback of raising an appeal which is registered now on the website.
