I used the new app for less than a week and went back to the older one which is any day better. Even after changing my phone, I have stuck to the previous version. Only thing to note is that I do not update it on Google play.

Sorry - the solution was quite simple. I just logged out and logged back in and my menu is back. All this fancy cache/data clearing didn't work :)

Good to know that everything is fine. Looks like a bug in the app. If you had cleared data and cache didn't it ask you to re-login? That time didn't it work?
I have downloaded it today and it really rocks. I mean even when I am in middle of a meeting i just peep in to my samsung phone and check what cooking. This has happened 4 times today. I installed the app at 6 am.
The latest version of App is excellent but something needs to be done regarding Image loading on slow connections. On 3g there is no issue but on 2G images hardly load.
I am not able to view any image on the app. Images is shown with a broken link. Please advise a solution for this.
I used to browse T-BHP through Tapatalk when I was facing issues with the dedicated app (mostly because of slower response, images loading slower or not loading at all, etc), but now the forum doesn't show up in Tapatalk at all. Is the Tapatalk app not supported by T-BHP anymore?
Images never load while using the app. Have to use option of web view every time i need to view an image. Bug fix please please:
Just downloaded the app and feels nice to use it. Sometimes while opening or exiting the app, the team-bhp loading image comes and takes forever to proceed. I guess it happens when the network is in 2g but I guess it will be useful if a timer can be set to timeout if it takes too long to load something
How about a Windows version? Or that is on a wait and watch policy to see whether Microsoft themselves want to market phones :-)
Am I the only one using the App on a Blackberry now? It would help if the App were available on the Amazon App store. Further would expose the App to users with Kindle devices as well.
The only problem with a ported app right now is the permissions. They do not allow a BlackBerry user to upload pictures (insufficient permissions error).
How do I make forum links to open in app instead of browser by default?
Getting this error for a while when i try to open some links from the "google now" page on my android phone. "this forum is not available in tapatalk. Please contact your forum admin". Any suggestions on rectyifing this.

Sorry for the late reply on this guys.
Honestly, due to the app being based on the Tapatalk 3rd party platform, we haven't managed to get resolutions to things like this.
As an alternative, have you tried our new Smartphone Skin?
Do see the 2nd tip in post #2 about speeding up image loading :

2G in itself is ridiculously slow, so don't expect miracles there.)

Settings > Apps > Team-BHP > Clear defaults
(You might have to do this for your browser too).
After this, when you click on a Team-BHP link, it will prompt you on which app to use.

Thanks for pointing this out. Unfortunately, it's a bug.
The app automatically tries to open any
www.team-bhp.com link (if you've chosen to do so).
The links you see in Google Now are actually of our News section, which is NOT supported by the app (only the forum section is). Hence the issue...
I am getting an error when I tried to insert an image as attachment to one of my replies. The image is not getting saved and the error message says: Security error (User may not have permission to access this feature)
Encountered this issue for the first time on app (running on Galaxy Note 3 neo).
@ kp1992 - Could you tell me which section / thread you're trying to post this image in?
