That is the beauty of Haryana, all the people living in NCR region prefer purchasing a vehicle from Haryana only.

Chandigarh is a Union Territory and there the benefit behold,
Even the Defense people purchases the vehicles from Chandigarh due to tax benefit,
my friend is in Army and was considering to go for a Dzire from chandigarh, but here comes a BOOM from UP government, they have proposed a tax benefit of 13.5 LST on the vehicles purchased in UP for Defense people.

He will end up saving almost 60 - 70k on the vehicle

Probably there won't be vat/sales tax also - another saving of 12.5% straight away - So, very good saving, around Rs.1.25Lakhs or even more?

my first preference was 3M, but at my place the 3M sun films are yet not available, the same has been confirmed by the 3M person only,

So now planning to go for Garware, Please suggest me the type of Sun film to use, i want a Film to be maximum dark in tan but approved by the RTO.

In Chennai Icecool Shield cost would be around Rs 2500 - 2800. And the rest would cost you Rs 1500 max. So the total would be around Rs4500 (maximum and you should receive a bill less than this amount).

The Front windsheild would be transparent film and normally at 80% to 70% visibility and it helps is reducing the oncoming glare and protect your dashboard from UV rays and discoloration. It also helps in reducing the overall heat inside the cabin.

Garware film for 9K ...OMG...i have done 3M film for the entire car at that rate. Garware should cost less than that. What is the warranty period given? I believe Ice cool shield carries 5 years warranty and not sure of Ice cool Grand.
