used corolla

need your opinion:

Is it worth considering a Corolla 2003 model, nearly 35K kms.
for 7.3 to 7.5Lakhs ?

If this topic has been discussed before in some other thread, please point me to it. ( tried to search, but could not find any)

alternatives i am thinking is new Baleno Lxi or fusion.
