Here is some information about CNG stations in PUNE. I happen to visit last week, I took some photographs as well. I refilled at Sai Ram Petrol Pump, Pimple Saudagar and it took me 1 hour.

1) Sai Express Way service
Mumbai Pune Bypass Road,
4 kms after mumbai pune express way ends
GPS - 18°37'41.97"N 73°44'32.52"E
as on 10 april 2013 - LONG line (20 cars waiting)
Refill time - 1 hour+ as of 10 april 2013

2) Vardhaman Petrol Pump
Warje, Pune, Maharashtra 411052, India
This is on mumbai pune bypass road
GPS - 18°29'1.88"N 73°48'7.43"E
waiting time - as on 10 april 2013 - about 40+ minutes

3) Sai Ram Petrol Pump
Sai Ram PETROL PUMP

Waiting time as on 10 april 2013 - about 1 hour

4) Somewhere near this location

New CNG pump on NH4 towards Mumbai just after Sai Expressway HPCL Pump.

Just filled up yesterday, BPCL CNG pump newly started.

Spent exactly 10 minutes, no queue nothing.

Is it an online pump? Will be needing a refuel there on Sunday afternoon. Any idea on the queue on Sunday afternoon? Also while traveling from Mumbai to Pune at which junction to take a u-turn?

I am not sure if it is online.

You'll have to take the first underpass after the Expressway ends.
Else, if you are headed beyond Pune, would suggest to top up at Kothrud.

The last one would be at Warje. Access is not very easy though.
Its called Vardhaman Pump.

Alternatively, you can top up at Paud, approx. 3 kms before Warje.

Slight de tour from the highway though.
