I am planning a 3 day road trip to Karnataka on 13th, 14th and 15th in this month. I want to to visit Belur, Halibidu, Dharmasthal, Sringeri. I request your valuable advise on:
1. Best route from Hyderabad and back
2. Any other important places nearby, that I had missed out

If these 3 days are ex-Hyderabad, then it is impossible to cover so many places. It will take you a days drive to Sringeri and return from Hassan.

Add to this, year-on-year Independence Day "long" weekend is one of the busy travel days. So you can expect every road leading to tourist hotspot or major highway to have lots of traffic.

We did a slightly extended drive covering Mangalore-Udupi-Sakrebyle-Sringeri-Kalasa-Horanadu-Dharmasthala-Kukke where we started Hassan on 1st May and returned to Hassan on 4th May. Madras-Hassan and back were done on dedicated days, effectively we left Madras 30th April afternoon and return 5th May afternoon. Belur-Halebidu will take half day ex-Hassan, which we did on a different trip.

I am considering this itinerary:

Day 1. Hyderabad to Hassan
Day 2. Hassan-Halebeedu-Belur-Dharmasthala-Sringeri
Day 3. Sringeri-Hyderabad

Is this feasible? If required I can extend the trip by one more day

It will be tight to cover all the places in 3 days from Hyderabad. I had visited in 3 separate trips by personal car and also with relatives from AP in KSTDC tours starting from Bangalore. What I usually do is to steal (pun intended) the itinerary and routes from the KSTDC web site. They are usually perfect.
The latest tour to western ghats is with my Crysta to Dharmasthala in February 2022 ( don’t forget to visit the vintage cars museum) and Horanadu ( 5 feet gold statue ) of Annapurneshwari . Coming to Belur and Horanadu, it is mesmerising and you would not want to comeback quickly like in a KSTDC one day tour . Spend more time if going by personal car.

Extend another day and choose some other non-festival/non-holiday weekend.
