More on this horrible accident, yet miraculous result:-

Before the crash happened, the woman driver had been involved in a hit and run accident after driving backward on Highway 99 and exiting an on-ramp. Judging from the video, it looks like she was driving a lot faster than the road's 25 mph speed limit - Conejo estimates the Camry was being driven at 80-100 mph.

Miraculously, the woman driver of the Toyota survived the spectacular crash and only suffered minor injuries, which is a testament to the Camry's safety. It's also fortunate the flying Camry didn't take out the power lines and cause a fire.

Looking at the first impact of the car on the ground and the jolt at the end of the last somersault, it looks unlikely that the occupant survived with minor injuries.

At such speeds and impacts, the car make does not matter for the safety. It is your own body suddenly coming to halt from a high speed, simultaneously changing directions jerkily. Many bones will be hit; many bone joints will be bent and twisted. Even when very few injuries are visible from outside, there will be severe internal injuries in such cases.

Even though it landed from space car's front was the first impact surface with the ground just like the normal frontal crash and it did not move much after the first impact. Anyway driver was the luckiest person on earth that day.

A sandstorm in the state of Utah, USA, 155 miles South West of Salt Lake City, that reduced visibility has resulted in 20 vehicles crashing and seven lives being lost. Many others who were critically injured have been hospitalised. Wrecked cars, pickups, huge trailer trucks and debris were seen at the site. One smashed red car according to a report by Reuters news was wedged up at an angle behind a truck.

This happened last summer. A guy had been out on a camping and fishing trip in the north of Norway. On his way home, he stopped to light a cigarette and his car exploded. He was badly injured but survived. He had a leaking gas bottle in the car.
This should be proof that not only lung cancer can kill you.

Youtuber 'Alex Choi' filmed a Tesla stunt gone wrong. According to information, he was out for a Tesla meet when he was called over to a particular junction where an unknown driver jumped the rental Tesla Model S 10 feet high above an intersection, later crashing into 2 parked cars. The drivers then fled the scene and the event is being investigated by the Los Angeles police. Details in the video:

Such big fire on a flyover might have impact on its structural integrity. Under such severe heat, the steel bars in the structure are likely to expand way beyond the design limits and then contract. Leading to detachment from the concrete.

I'm guessing that the gas connections or tubing burnt through. I wonder if this might even be a built-in safety design, to prevent the tanks actually exploding?

This amazing video suggests that they need to go further, with components to prevent the jets of flames. Imagine this happening in a multi-lane traffic jam.

I hope there were no casualties.
