A lot of videos are floating on Youtube these days showing crash tests done by an organisation called - 'Dcar Institute of Collision Safety'. This organisation appears to be operating in China. Interestingly, it has conducted crash tests which are hardly done by any other mainstream NCAP organisation such as Truck underride collission tests and Rear end collission test. They say that the tests are conducted by BQI. More Interestingly, it has tested some ultra luxury cars like the Mercedes S-Class Maybach and the Mercedes G-Class which are not tested by the mainstream organisations like IIHS and Euro NCAP.

I tried to find more details about the organisation however I couldn't find their website. On scrolling through their Youtube channel, it appears that they are conducting these tests for more than two years now however, since the explanation was in Chinese, it didn't come into limelight. Now they have started providing English subtitles.

I searched Team-BHP for further information on this however, I was unable to find any discussion on the subject. Therefore, I am starting this thread to request knowledgeable members of this esteemed forum to shed some light on the Background of this organisation as well as their credibility and reliability.
