Re: Tata Curvv, Curvv.ev & Nexon receive a 5-star BNCAP safety rating

Another day, Another TATA/Mahindra Model & Obvious 5 Star rating. Applauded.

But why government is not mandating these crash tests and ratings as 'Compulsory', I guess the 'lobbying' by Japanese and Koreans is way too much. They are just interested in minting money from India and sending them back to their HQ in parent country. It doesn't matter for them if Indians lose life due to poorly built vehicles. I would blame the Indian Government here.

When Cars that are 'Made in India' for the developed Nations are getting good crash test ratings across globe, Cars that are 'Made for India' in India are failing the tests.

That is a serious moral decay of these car companies. I wish GoI fixes this soon.

Not remotely surprising. Tata performed as expected.
Anyways, waiting for the safety ratings of safe car from Hyundai (Exter) since 2023. It seems Hyundai is not able to locate GNCAP HQ.
