Recently came across this article which provides details about a portal launched by MH govt, for citizens to log complaints, about potholed roads. They claim to resolve it in about 4 days.

Has anyone used it and what was their experience?
Is it available for other states?
How to find out which roads they will fix vs which one they wont/cant?

This is url below is for the grievance portal. On its dashboard under the "What's New" head it also provides updated details on complaint/grievance related topics.

Decided to try... and unfortunately this is as far as I seem to get (in 3 separate attempts):

You might be making some mistake or maybe the website was temporarily down. i tried just now and created a new login. It asked me to enter mobile number and email address > Did that > Got OTP and it accepted it.

Yep, I woke up the next morning to a bunch of new OTPs and was able to log in when I tried later that day.

Now to put it to use...
