Re: Speed-breakers and India's growth story

I have recently moved to Pune from Chandigarh and I am exasperated seeing the number of speed breakers on the roads here! I have constant back pain issues owing to a minor slip disc a few years back and going over these speed breakers only compounds my misery every single time.

I was googling the reasons behind the absurd number of speed breakers in the city when I came across these 2 articles:

1. https://www.mypunepulse.com/there-ar...d-to-know-why/

2. https://punemirror.com/pune/civic/pu...1708411418.htm

Nowhere I have seen/read about an NGO protesting against the speed breakers in any other city. Goes to show how troubled the citizens are with them!

Re: Speed-breakers and India's growth story

Those friends in this forum who envy the neighborhood orthopedic specialist profiting from back pain caused by speed breakers have definitely overlooked the neuro and trauma surgeons awaiting the smooth roads turning into their fast-track referral centers, can't miss the funeral specialists.
