@Vikram.... Darn! This is the first time I am getting to see the picture of your Palio after you told me about your accident. Glad you came out unhurt because it looks pretty bad... thank your lucky stars and to your car. I shudder to think what would have happened if the car was say a Santro.

This was on the infamous faridabad-gurgaon road. I have seen frequent accidents on this road. This time it was my turn!

That snap was taken by a photographer that police called. Car is lifted and put on the side in this snap. Was in the middle of road with a pile of sand on top of it, couldn't be pulled. Had to be lifted from the roof by crane.

Yes its a Palio. My beloved Palio 1.6 sports. Had a short life this one.

Are you sure its a lancer??? It looks a lot like an Evo to me.....Pity to see such a lovely car busted up like this :Frustrati

Was this Lancer/Evo crash from a rally?? It seems like an autocross or a drag from the surroundings.

A good car getting hit!!! Ouch it really makes us all feel hurt!

It seems to me like the Kari Speedway, Coimbi. Couldbe wrong though

Here is a small accident which happened with my car in december.Thankfully nobody got hurt.

Its an Evo all right. I guess it crashed into the wall at a turn by looking at the Front Left tire. Sad to see a nice car smashed up.

Ha ha! Rally scene, yeah right!
I was at this scene offering to help lift the bumper so the pit dude could jack the front up.
This was at the last Touring car c'ship at Kari in November.
It was the first corner of the first lap and this guy went into the rear right corner of the car ahead.
He mended the front and returned to the race.
Arjun Balu's Cedia was a firecracker,that day. At the C1, he banged into a late-braking evo . The oil cooler busted (from my POV) and it went from smokes to fire and a small blast in the engine bay.

Thankfully you got out without major injuries. The photograph clearly shows it is very scary. yes you are right, its really unbelievable that you out without scratch! But then thats the great point of this incident i.e. coming out scratch less.

Clearly visible is the front grille of Palio. Any car would be finished by this accident.

i dont know what happened....there was enough space for the diriver to drift it ..traffic was null

the trucks with out load is more dangerous i think..:deadhorse

hmm seems he was speeding and a sudden turn drifted and toppled the eicher,they are already very light on weight
