There is a report in TOI of an accident where 8 members of a family where killed. It says 15 where travelling in a Sumo and it collided with a lorry. It is illegal to drive a truck w/o a rear bar. This prevents low slung cars to go under the trucks and chances of death and injury minimizes. It will still kill people if seatbelts are not worn. |
