Bumble Beast, no idea what transpired but these were cars which've been Written off.

Big pipes/iron rods carried by big trucks on higways might have fallen on this santro. The shape of the entangled Santro says so

Oh No!!
How could this happen? Looks like it was run over by a Tank.

I doubt if anyone could survive such an accident but I pray who ever was inside is safe.

There was this elderly couple I know of in our society who miraculously survived an accident that seemed impossible to get unscathed out of- they were going to the airport at night early this week to pick up their son who was arriving home then. Just 10 km on their way, their M800 was rammed on the right rear corner by an oil tanker, which made the car spin out of control at 90 degrees to the right, bringing it right in front of the tanker who probably made a hit-and-run bid to escape by driving ahead fast, but because the car came in front of him, the truck's front bumper rammed right into the 800's mudguard and got entangled in it, dragging the poor couple about 100 yards with the car on 2 wheels before he finally stopped! And to think of it, he started shouting at them, claiming they didn't give him enough way etc. etc. and despite being in shock, the lady managed to get out from her side and shout back at him. Luckily there were more than a 100 people who assembled there on the spot and helped the couple out of their car, although the truck driver fled the scene on realising none was on his side!
The police were called and both the vehicles were taken to the nearest station where the oil-tanker co,'s owner was contacted. He was incidentally contacted beforehand by his runaway driver who confessed to him about the mistake being his own. The owner being too far then, sent his managers who straightaway agreed to make amends and compensate for the damage to he fullest.
I was contacted by the couple the next day, and asked to send my mechanic with them to estimate the damage to their car. He told me that the damage was 90% irreparable and that it was worth doing up only if the other party was paying for it!
Both of them were fortunate to have survived in such an accident, the gent just getting a bruise on his right leg.
I can imagine how terrible an accident like that would've been!

Since the last accident (26th Jan) at NH205, there was none that happened last week & everybody felt there was a need for another one. So this was spotted yesterday, not sure how this happened, but it was more than sufficient to disrupt the traffic upto 1 Km. The cops were doing an excellent job watching out the traffic jam

Ghastly! I can only imagine the plight of their son who was returning. But allz well that ends well. I guess the trucker forgot the rule, no matter how much you exercise your vocal chords, he still had the bigger vehicle to be lynched.

This is what happens when you drive an Alto w/o a 'Don't kiss me' sticker.

In the other picture, an Indica oversteered a blind curve and met the wall. Damage: A cracked ORVM, 1 Shaheed plant, Lot of underbody work for the Indica.

Spotted this while on my way back home this evening. It looked pretty bad and I bet it is too!

Naah. No accident, that.

That's just the latest Verna with retractable aircraft wheels. Sorely needed ever since the time this video was created.

YouTube - Hyundai Verna - Feel it

aargee: was there any onther vehicle in that place.
The lorry seems to be damaged bad and the another vehicle might be a heavy vehicle or SUV.

Got this from one of my friends in orkut.

Safari vs Tractor. No cabin intrusions.

How about that! The Safari still has all 4 rubber sides down on the road, while the truck is toppled sideways.
