If somebody need such classics for themselves they should go to steel city like Bokaro in Jharkhand, Rourkela in OR, Durgapur in WB etc. Still there are many closed in parking or rotting on roads. I saw many few years back, however don't remember make and models.

These old cars were just purchased for namesake to get the car allowance from company. Only requirement was to have proper papers to submit in SAIL to become eligible for car allowance.

Since I have been in Bokaro Steel City for the first 19 years of my life, I completely agree with you. I have seen many vintage cars gathering rust and dust there. Especially Sectors 4B, 6A and Co-operative Colony. (Bokaro is divided into sectors, like Noida is).

Have commenced checking the train bookings for Bokaro from Lucknow. I hope I do find some cars there.

Fantastic !

I seriously hope that we stop displaying these horrendous rally placards/banners etc on the cars, they just spoil the picture and are so distasteful.
