Not allowing this thread to deviate further

Here are fewest of the VW's spotted in a part of Hyderabad.

There are definitely much more VW's out there than what i could see.

Nice stash of VWs in HYd.!

The first white splitscreen and red (AP 10 D) beetle belong to a fellow Hyderabadi tbhpian if I'm right, the former having been featured in this forum already.

Where did you find the rest? I see some other classics, like a fiat 500C and a Jeep (willys?) around the blue baywindow. Do pm me the location!

The van does belong to said BHPian, but not the Beetle.

That blue bus came from Baroda if I'm right.

Looking at that car reminded me of this early Oval which was taken in Margoa maybe 4 or 5 years back, and have not seen it since.
The green one below i took earlier this year in Mapusa but could not find the owner, looked a reasonable car ,and was there for a while

There's something strange about the green car - it is an oval (identified by smaller front windscreen), but the rear windscreen appears to have been cut to a larger, later one. I've seen quite a few Goa cars like that. Sad.

There was another green oval in Goa which went to Delhi - regd 3320 I think. Or am I confusing that with this? I don't have pictures. Do you have pics of the rear of this green bug you posted?

Lovely bug, noticed on earlier posts too.
Maybe just slight detailing required, a switch to be changed and reduce the decoration.

The Golden Oval is still in Goa in Mapusa. Not in use but in storage, in a friend's collection. I think the green one is also with him. Is it a GDA regd car. If so it has been chopped and the front and rear have been used to resurrect another VW.
