I've heard from a couple of cab drivers that Uday Fuel Services near Tathawade (link in post 613, the one above yours) is a good pump (IOC) that dispenses XtraGreen Diesel. So, they might be stocking XP95 too (just a guess).
Came across this IOCL pump today selling XP95 at Hinjewadi Phase 2 road, just opposite HDFC Bank:-

Found the staff courteous and prompt. The XP95 dispenser is located on the first podium itself, hence aiding a hassle-free entry/exit.

Re: Trusted/Untrusted Petrol Pumps in Pune

I have been using Chandere Auto (HP pump near Sus gaon) for my petrol and diesel needs for a couple of years now. They have free air, (paid) Nitrogen, PUC services as well all of which I have used.

Quite trustworthy and so far there have been no attempts to short charge or any other tricks. One time they inadvertently swiped my wife's Amex for 30,000 instead of 3,000 but it was immediately rectified (an inexperienced employee's fault).

There is a new Shell petrol pump not far away (closer to the highway) which is also very good. Petrol costs about 10/- higher than PSU pumps. Diesel much more so (their employee was nice enough to warn me on my last visit- I think the difference from HP is 40 rupees!) I feel bad for Shell since they can't really be too competitive vis-a-vis PSU pumps.

Any pumps which have 95 octane petrol in Pune? I stay near Kalyani Nagar and work in Baner. Many pumps do not seem to have stock of the higher octane fuels.

I fill up on XP95 every week at this pump next to Kasat Sarees (Lovely place if you are looking for Sarees, even though I'm not married I still know it!) XP95

You can tell them the blue 340i referred you

On an unrelated note, if you are there at the same time, do say hello! I'd love to meet a fellow enthusiast.

I used to fill up at IOCL COCO on the road from Juna Bazaar to Pune Station. But they have limited nozzles. And they have replaced XP95 nozzle with E20 several months ago! And as a result, their premium octane petrol isn't available in their own COCO.
But that aside, IOCL App has a good way to locate pumps on your way and filter it on the type of fuel you need. Give it a try.

If your route takes you via Shivaji Nagar RTO and University Road, then these pumps might have 95 octane fuel:

B P Coco And CNG Gas
RTO, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411001

Re: Trusted/Untrusted Petrol Pumps in Pune

Whenever I am planning a route for weekend rides, I have to also inevitably plan for petrol bunks dispensing 95 Octane fuel along the route due to strict mention of the same in my bike's manual. Accordingly, here are a few offering the same which I have tried multiple times and they have never tried cheating me yet.

In City:-
  • Hinjewadi Ph1 - Krushna Petroleum (alongside McD) - HP bunk.
  • Sanghvi - Sai Samartha Petroleum - IOCL near Mula river bridge, Spicer road.

Near city:-
  • Towards Bangalore direction
    Rajesh Automobiles-HP Petrol Pump, Kapurhol - NH48

  • Coming towards Pune after just crossing Nira river on Pune Bangalore highway
Rameshwar Petrol Pump, IOCL - Sarola - NH 48.
    They mostly accept cash/UPI.

  • Towards Kamshet
IOCL opposite Kanhe phata after Hotel G.D. Executive on old Pune-Mumbai highway.

Re: Trusted/Untrusted Petrol Pumps in Pune

New to this thread, and grateful for all the advice regarding XP95 pumps.
I own a Virtus 1.0 AT, and try to be consistent with the higher octane fuel filling (95 RON).
I would like to know what is superior in terms of the providers?
The BP higher octane fuel from BP COCO (Near the RTO) didn't seem to be of a good quality, I couldn't feel much of a difference while driving as I usually do when I fill HP Power95.
Also, I haven't tried IOCL XP95 yet, so would love to know your thoughts.

I have been using Indianoil XP95 for almost 2 years in my Grand Vitara (2007). And in my Jimny for the past 15 days. I highly recommend it.
