Looks a lot proportionate than XUV 300 (err 3x0) and Nexon, which are eyesores in my opinion (NOM to owners).

Lower entry price barrier would entice people, but those of auto higher end models would finally make things clearer.

I hope the entry ambition model would not shove sunroof and touch HVAC down our throats.

Got to catch it today around rajgurunagar. IMO skoda is doing the same mistake again. This car seriously lacks road presence. See the zen beside it to get a perspective.

I don't really think a Kylaq buyer would have road presence as a priority. But I agree, even Kushaq looks like a sub 4m car when in reality it is almost as big as a Creta.

Kylaq should be an ideal city car for those who feel Punch and other offerings lethargic.

Strange that Kylaq wants to compete with micro-SUV's like Punch. Should rather try to compete with Nexon, XUV 3XO, Sonet and the likes.

The Kylaq design and looks are a big turn off. The big black bumper in the front makes it look almost black and ugly, when seen from a distance. The rear tiny lights are from 2-3 segments below.

Not sure why you think Kylaq on the same league as Punch! The dimensions are only next to 3XO. No offence but looks like you have not looked at the dimension chart of Kylaq in comparison with Punch at all.

However likes towards the design is one's own taste. The one that you feel ugly might be awesome for others, it's all individual perception. But I bet this product is surely going to change the sales figures of Skoda for sure given that same platform is already proven under the hood of Kushaq and add to it 5 star safety rating that it is going to get most likely.

It was based on prior comments (one of which I had quoted as well). It does not have the street presence, and some people have started comparing it with Punch.

Looks alright and within what you'd expect size-wise to me from the photo at least? Sure it does not have a chonky rear like the Fronx for example that makes it look much wider than what it really is, but it still looks big enough to me

Maybe you had to be there. It looks really really small. Fronx (I have one) is not even in contention for road presence criteria. I am comparing the Kylaq to the XUV3XO, Nexon and Sonet, cars with the best road presence in the segment. Kylaq looks very small and basic if you may call it that compared to these.
