Smooth booking process online, didn’t need to play fastest finger first.

Anyone knows if you book online and also via the dealer how it will work out?

I was told booking amount is refundable at the Dealer, not sure how it works those who booked online.

Same situation here. Credit card charged but on return to M&M website, it says payment failed. Even after a year since the botched ScorpioN booking process, M&M have not been able to sort these issues out.

Time to fire the CIO, IMO.

They are giving a reasonable window for existing 3D owners to sell their Thars

I also got a payment failed SMS but ignored it. Card has been debited with bank messages and emails received + congratulatory email and SMS from Mahindra.

What else can one expect? A personal call from Anand Mahindra?

I tried verify ID about 15 minutes back on booking portal and it kept on failing. It looks like Mahindra has removed ID verify step from booking portal now.

Has anyone made 2 bookings successfully today? If yes, then does the booking portal both bookings?

Booking was mostly hassle free barring some delay in OTP. Payment gateway was the usual PayU portal and was straightforward atleast in my use case. For ID verification name has to be exact as per PAN or verification will fail

I had the same issue. Paid through CC and the payment went through, got a confirmation from both Bank and Mahindra and was able to download the booking acknowledgement.

Got a message later saying payment had issue and it is on hold and go go to the site and retry. However, when I look at the booking on the site, it shows confirmed status and have the email from mahindra and payment confirmation from the bank.

Hoping there are no surprises later.

Means Mocha ones would be getting MY25 vehicles.

My 2 CC payments were deducted from provider but Mahindra showcased payment failed. Changed my Internet and logged in via VPN to attempt the third time for Ax5L Mocha, and it went through at 12:06 assuming there aren't much Mocha's and Feb'25 would ensure MY25 I assume and initial niggles ironed out.

It was already mentioned that mocha brown interiors are available only in 2025 Jan, so I guess it is more to do with vendor ramp up and delivery timeline VS actual wait periods.

Have paid the payment thrice and still ended up getting the 'payment failed' message while the amount has been debited. Been waiting to get through a customer care executive on their helpline.

Very poor experience.
