Would the 18inch wheels of the Fearless and Fearless + be better than the 19inch of the dark edition? From a comfort perspective?

Btw I got the chassis number today morning. The car would have been shipped today or by tomorrow and reach before the weekend.

I had posted a snapshot of the same video in a previous post where the interior has White leatherette. But now in the new update I think the White has also become Black.
What color have you booked ? Please let us know of the interior when you receive your car. Congratulations & happy motoring.

This is my first post on Team-BHP, Yesterday I got the "APPROVED" mail and I can not express how happy I was ����

Recently I took a test drive of the facelifted Harrier and here is my honest take:

1. Styling has definitely improved and now looks more mature.
2. Ride on 18-inch wheels is fine (felt a bit better than Seltos).
3. The interior is now much more modern.
4. Plastic quality could have been improved with some soft touch elements to give it a more premium feel.
5. Infotainment touch response is better but it is buggy at the moment. The camera preview went black for me on the left side and did not recover even after restart.
6. Hazzard button is not properly centered (once you see it, you can not unsee it. I'm sorry).
7. Touch controls are hard to operate while driving and attract too many fingerprints. The vehicle at the Showroom already had many scratches.
8. The steering buttons are not ergonomic, while trying to decrease volume I kept pressing it my mistake.
9. Gear shifts are smooth but somehow I felt the engine was too noisy (maybe because I am used to petrol engines). Also when you start the engine you feel the initial vibration a bit more.
10. Paint quality was not good. There was some orange peel in a brand new vehicle.

Overall I think the facelift is really good but Tata should focus more on quality and fix bugs on priority. Hoping to test drive the Harrier again but this time in EV form.

Had a very good experience with Key motors on Mysore road, The Showroom people readily welcomed and went ahead with Dark edition of Harrier Fearless plus booking. Getting my car in a week's time.

One question i had was, we all know that the BS4 onwards the head lamps lights from the companies are a real BS and a joke.

Has any one added new Aux lights to the new harrier, if so can some one post picks please. Also please add any recommendations on existing projector / fog lamps mod on this.

19 inch is way more comfortable ( with just my test ride experience ). One feels a lot more secured on road humps with larger wheel base. But its ones personal choice i feel.

This is in line with GNCAP results. Now all TATA needs to do is tight quality control. Hope they can fix all the bugs by the time they launch the Harrier EV.

Got a chance to see the Adventure version in seaweed green at a dealership. I felt this variant was an optimal choice as I dislike sun-roofs.

It's good that Tata offers leatherette on seats, steering wheel, centre arm rest and door arm rests. This takes it ahead of the cheapo XUV700 where leatherette is offered only on the top variants. I also felt that Tata's leatherette quality was average and may not age long.

Harrier has parcel tray as standard accessory while XUV700 5 str doesn't.

Something unexpected jolted me while trying to get a first hand experience of the left leg fouling with centre console. I realised the seat base was poorly designed and there was barely any under-thigh support. I'm 6' tall and weigh 120 kgs. I tried a number of settings desperately as I was in love with the car but just couldn't find a setting that offered support. I found the rear seats too short on under-thigh support. Why, Tata? Why!!!

XUV700's MX/AX3-5 and Slavia/Virtus have superb ergonomic seats.

The lack of a dead pedal just added to the annoyance.

And now I'm back to square one choosing between Harrier Adventure and XUV700 AX3.

Did you drive the Harrier with 18 and 19" wheels back to back? I'm hearing it for the first time that a lower profile tyre was more comfortable, can you please elaborate as to what exactly was different in the ride quality in both the cars?

And what has the wheelbase got to do with the tyre size? isn't it going to remain same.

And here she comes. The first Red facelift Harrier of the forum. Got the delivery on wife's birthday. Tata motors dealership ensured that they keep their commitment and do the delivery. This was the 1st Red Harrier the showroom was delivering. Some initial pics.

Just wanted to highlight the FE I have been getting with my Harrier

City -> 12-13 kmpl
Highway -> 19-20 kmpl

I drive with a mix of all 3 modes and somewhat enthusiastically

I get these mileage figures for my Verna 1.6 AT for comparison

City -> 13-14 kmpl
Highway -> 20-22 kmpl

Overall I am mighty impressed with the FE I get with this beast

This is the automatic variant and these are MID numbers for both Verna and Harrier , I haven't checked it with the tank to tank method yet

I’ve been scouring YouTube and other forums in search of a glimpse of the base variant of the automatic (Pure+), but I’ve hardly found any. Did anyone else manage to find one?
