I might be wrong if remaps are not possible on this car.
I had earlier done Wolf switachble remap for my Abarth Punto, which made an obvious difference.

I contacted wolf for the remap of Jimny. As per them, there will be an overall improvment of 5 to 7% from stock. Plus I'm not sure if Maruti will honour the warranty after remap.

Thanks for this Rakesh.
Since I'll be travelling in a day, I'll go with a cycle type chain lock for the time being.
I've also written to Faradshop to confirm if these will fit the Jimny with steel wheels. Once i have their confirmation, I'll order them.

I'm going to be travelling and the Jimny may be parked at places that are not secure. Was thinking of a simple chain lock - like the ones used on bicycles - that can go around the spare wheel mount and into the wheel.

Would appreciate if anyone has a better idea.

Thanks
I’ve installed Farad Locknut ( Star Lock)

The sales guy : Sir, you can Google about Team-Bhp. They are quite big, and popular. If a Team-Bhp member certifies a car, you can buy that car eyes closed.
Ha ha haa. Did you reveal your identity and briefed him What is Team-Bhp?

Also your shared bit was quite informative.

Thanks.

Would this fit a steel wheel? I have steel wheels on my Jimny.
What did it cost?
And I'm assuming it comes with it's own key.

Can you please share the product link as well. I couldn't find a variant specific to Jimny on Amazon.

Suggest you order the five nut version as you will require fifth one for the stepney. I had ordered the same from farad for my Jimny.

The correct one to order in case 5 are required is as under:

https://www.faradshop.in/p/galaxyloc...5-locks-1-key/

The Description is : Car Wheel Locks Galaxylock HA4/M 5 locks + 1 key

Have got these 5 fitted to all wheels.

In case you need help in ordering or otherwise please contact Kalpesh from Farad : 93260 89919‬. He is most helpful.

The sales guy : I can only give you a couple of kilometers test drive.

Me : But I am not an expert like the Team-Bhp members. So I need a longer TD to understand the car. Can I get a longer TD?

The sales guy- Okay Sir, let me take an approval then.

Me : Thank you.
Haha this is epic ! Wonder who the other 4 Team Bhpians were You could have told its time to recertify by a distinguised Bhpian

Nice first impressions. Maybe I will hit Nexa for a TD as well.
