But this doesn't match with the brochure they've put up. The brochure only mentions 4x4 top model variants with 7 seats or 4 seats.

Now this looks like something that could garner good numbers. Has power, has some features (NO ABS, EBD, Traction control etc mentioned in brochure), has space and most of all now looks like a family man too could buy something like this.

Dual airbags, ABS & EBD mentioned in the brochure. I hope new Gurkha will bring serious competition for Thar manual base and mid variants.

So basically the SWB version will only be available in 4WD, while the LWB version will have more variants, both in 4x4 and 4x2. Interestingly, the 8+D 4x4 variant could be a good vehicle for converting into a proper all terrain camper; currently there is no such option available in India. Force motors seems to take interest in gaining market share.

Is it possible that the Cruiser length Gurkha (Scoop! A 13-seater version of the Force Gurkha 4x4?) spotted earlier will have the wheelbase of the 5 door Gurkha, and come with the 9 seats as per this report?

Having a 4x2 model will give them lower starting Price Points, but as of now I think only 4x4 models are getting launched.

Eagerly waiting for the Gurkha Pickup (Force Gurkha Pickup truck spotted testing in India) also!

Re: Force Gurkha Review

At last Force heard all the reviews and got a thumping roaring machine. Motor figures are worth drooling big upgrade on numbers. 350Nm and 140Hp is just perfect. Can't wait to lay my hands on one.

Re: Force Gurkha Review

The middle seat in 5 door is pathetic - no leg space and its too straight, they could had given an option of removing the 2 captain seats in rear and move this middle seat a bit back, hope they do that

With side facing rear seat its possible 2+3+4.

4x2 Gurkha aka TRAX/GAMA/CRUISER/TOOFAN was and is always available but Unfortunately that's the reason why no one wants a 4x4 cruiser/gama today in rural Maharashtra.

Re: Force Gurkha Review

I intend to check the new Gurkha thoroughly when I get an option. Their social media and website have loads of potential but broken non working links kind of disappoint even enthusiastic people like me.

Now full specifications are available on the force motors website. ABS and EBD and two airbags in front as safety features.Force Gurkha Review-screenshot_20240501201306.jpg

Re: Force Gurkha Review

Have anyone noticed that the Force Gurkha image on their official website shows the vehicle with rear disk brake! Don't know is it a mistake by them or intentional. Can anyone throw light on this? I am attaching a screenshot for reference.

Good job! I am sure Force Motors themselves will be noticing this from this post here!

Looks like the Photoshop guy just copied the front wheel to the rear!

EDIT: I can see 2 jump seats behind the rear seats in the picture too!

Another copy paste work. If you observe the pics closely then you can see every thing is same for both the wheel. I have noticed this on the launch day. For few min I was like
