Sorry, I dont know. If you look at the total bill, the total came to 14.5k including the fan, pipe and labor(it was bit laborious to dismantle). Attached some photos after taking out the parts. Unfortunately I dont have the photos of the new parts.

Yeah it’s same set of things that stopped working in my car and it’s the same motor also. May be I will check with shop where you got it repaired. Thanks.
The S-Cross was based on the SX4 Platform. Now that both models have been discontinued is the platform still in use?
2018 S Cross, 1.3L Diesel, 68000 km. Mumbai based.
Thermostat failed on the highway and by the time we could pull over the car heated and i seem to have blown my piston rings.
The car is consuming oil and blowing smoke on acceleration, at idle ie behaves like a puppy.
My mechanic suggests I sell the car, but i think i should get a fair idea of the engine rebuild. If anyone has done this before or can tell me about this- what this entails and the effort, reward and risk that go with it, I would be obliged.
