I thought Storme looks best in darker shades, until I saw your Storme. Looks majestic indeed.

Please post more pictures, especially that of the interiors before and after ICE installation.

Wishing you a wonderful ownership ahead with your mighty Storme.

Thanks. Best part is after i test drove the vehicle i finalized on Urban Bronze color and confirmed the same to the dealer. When we went to the showroom for downpayment and paper work i saw this pearl white color on display and instantly fell in love. Changed my mind at the last moment and requested dealer that i want Pearl white and i am sure it is best decision i took!

Barring the grey strip at the rear just above the chrome plate, there is nothing to nitpick at all. Some may like it that way though.

BTW, doesn’t the VX variant come with alloys ?
Please do post some interior pictures as well.

Basically a better integrated HU on the centre console. The Alpine HU the earlier Storme came with, looked ridiculously out of place. Hope there is some way to fit it such that it doesn’t protrude out awkwardly.

What components/ speakers are you planning ?

While taking delivery yesterday i checked with Prerana motors. Even as an additional accessory they are not offering Alpine HU anymore. They are offering JVC now both CD as well as DVD model. i did not opt for it since i had already purchased 1-DIN JVC HU from snapdeal.

The additional accessory i purchased from the dealer during delivery is reverse camera with DVD display. Reverse sensor is already part of VX variant. IMO for such a big vehicle reverse camera with DVD display is also essential to make life easy. Spent some 9000 Rs. but worth the money you spend!

Regarding ICE install, I am not a big audiophile and do not understand technical aspects of the install. so for now i am not very keen in high end install like amp and sub-woofer. Just going for a basic install like Helix blue front and coaxial. Thats about it!

No, these are standard on the Storme. They are different from the Dicor's alloys.

Congratulations on getting Stormed! I have PW too and it is an easy, safe colour. Have a lot of fun!! The in-gear acceleration post 1800rpm is just too good; you feel like you are on an elephant. Do post your observations.

Drove to Goa and back in 40+ temperatures this weekend with the family. All I did was tie a thin cotton towel (the non-turkish type one without the pile)to the hedrest which draped in front covered the backrest and the seat area. No sweat, no discomfort. This is a technique I use expensively while touring on motorcycles as well - has worked well for me.
