Wooooooow Veyron 32bhp that will surely embarass the RD350 and the Comit! Just hope they name it well! According to OD it should go to a ton below 14secs! You say 10secs! Hmmm i guess it should be under 9 considering the comit takes 9.8secs! So finally a bike which would be a Vtec killer! LOL

Quote:
busa:0-100:3.0 secs;veyron:0-100:2.5 secs
busa:0-200:7.6 secs;veyron:0-200:7.3 secs
busa:0-300:20.xx seconds;veyron:0-300:16.7 secs
busa:top speed:309 kmph;veyron:top speed:406 kmph

conclusion; veyron is F-A-R more capable than anything on wheels (road-going) on this planet, and can whup busa's tail....LOL...
Busa will take 2.96secs to 100! It will launch ahead of the veyron first! Both 2 seaters! Once i get ahead i wont let you overtake me YOu can see the huge rear Tyre of the BUSA and admire it!
Its not how fast you go but how fast you get there!
Is int a shame with 4 Blowers and me with none i still am competition at 1/50th the price! Stability is an issue with the veyron haha!
p.s THe busa is the biggest daddy of all! It offers blinding speed and decent comfort but needs respect!

the pic showed in OD doesnt mean they r launching the bike. and the pic shown is that of the ninja 250r and not the zzr 250 ( see the tail lamps please)

bajaj also has other bikes such as the ducati monster with them, which they have for R&D purposes.. and they keep riding them and testing them. does that mean that bajaj will sell the monster> NO

but yes, they r coming out with a powerful bike (in the 200cc segment). may be they will use some bits from this test bike..

Even if you HAD a Busa, YOU wouldn't be able to achieve anything more with it than being a teen-chick magnet.

Case in Point: Stock 'Busa runs 9s in the quarter mile as tested by bike mags around the world..

Modded 'Busa with drag tyre and extended swingarm runs 11-ish secs in Bangalore and Mumbai.

Why? We simply don't have people with enough experience on these bikes....But we are getting there slowly and surely.

So there is no need for you to mouth off about veyron vs. busa. None, I repeat, none of us here have the b@ll$ to take these respective machines to their limits.

First get your license, then talk about getting a better launch within a 0.04 sec window to 100 km/h.

That bajaj 250cc won't even be competition for the KArizma. It's gonna be plain overkill. KArizma will look like a commuter with the kinda cost and average the bajaj will give. For enthusiasts only. Karizma will actually be bought by cheap performance cravers.

I seriously doubt.
Pulsar is the current king in this segment.
And I think , its really well deserved.
If I remember , the sales figures of the Pulsar are still higher compared to even the Unicorn ( nationwide sales figures- month to month). Somebody pls confirm.

Please dont include RD in evry other bike topic. Its history.
Lets discsus something that is available or is gonna be available soon.

Also it makes no sense comparing a 350cc 2-stroke Vs a 4-stroke 150cc bike.
