Dear Friends, I am in a confused situation here. My budget is +/- 2.5Lakhs for a bike.
Recently sold of my 1993 Rx100 and started looking for some big boys toys for me.
Can some one pls suggest me the market price for a USED CBR 400 NC29 and a CBR 600 F2/F3 and also if you have any one who can help me with a good bike. Not interested at all in the Ninja 250 or the CBR 250 of the Hyosung GT's. Looking for something IL4.

Bajaj Pulsar 180 UG4, June 2009 model with 27,000 Kms; Engine is in excellent condition and so is every other part of the bike. How much should be the price? The local auto dealers are not quoting above 37K INR.

May be it will go for 18-20K due to high odo-mileage. Does the value mentioned in the insurance affect the actual used price?

How much should an RX135 Dec 2004, 31K km, 2nd owner, totally stock condition (except for new rear shocks) sell for in Pune? It has Michelin M45 tyres (both of them) which were changed at 25K km. The bike is used only for daily office commutes.

Friends please help me! I am thinking of buying a bullet for long touring. However I dont want to plonk cash on a new RE right now, and would look at sampling the RE experience by buying a decent condition used RE 350 or a 500. I have no idea of the vintage and expected pricing for such bikes in Mumbai. Need experienced bikers/bulleteers to help me atleast establish a budget and kind of bullet to buy. Thanks!!

I am in the same boat my friend. I did some inquiries (i am fixed on the AVL engine.) The bikes i am looking for are
1. Thunderbird - 55k to 80k (2002-2008)
2. Machismo 350 90K+
3. Machismo 500. 100K+

I am looking to sell of my Royal Enfield Thunderbird - 2005 model. It is in good shape and has not had any accidents/cosmetic damage.

I am looking at 80,000 for it. Would this be a good price to expect? Any ideas on the going rate for this bike?

Hello Naveen, thats some price. I guess if thats what is expected I got ours for a steal. I got my cousin a 2008 RE Thunderbird, which has run 49xxKms only, for under 60K. That I got it from a close friend is a different story, nevertheless, its a steal. And I am happy the RE would be put to good use now since my friend wasn't using it at all. Its just been lying dormant for years now.

Thanks for pointing out a price you got for the Thunderbird. I was just looking at a real world price for it since I am looking to sell it off for another bike. Perhaps 65k to 75k is a more realistic pricing.

Two months back I sold my March 2007 Bajaj Pulsar 150 Dtsi with 32000 kms on ODO for Rs. 30,000.

I believe i will be difficult to fetch price above Rs. 32,000.

My friend bought this bike just for weekend runs. But since a couple of year back he is mostly out on assignment and projects out of Blr and hence the usage is near zilch.

In effect it is a brand new bike. He wants to sell it only to an enthusiast who will keep the bike well and loves to ride a cruiser.
The big question is how much will it sell for? Any help on this would be great!

How much can I offer for the bike? Have not seen it yet but assume its in mint condition.
