Re: Modified Indian bikes - Post your pics here and ONLY here

This was my first bike which i was gifted by my mom. It was a classic 150 Pulsar 2003 model. I tried my hand with fair amount of mods. The bike was silver when i bought it, changed it to orange, again changed it to skyblue, didnt know what i was doing and i am not proud of all the mods i had done to bike. I literally killed the bike with all the mods and finally sold it.

MODS: please bear with me, i did not have the original pics with me, so had to take it down from my profile from bikepics.com, i guess it is fine.

Re: Modified Indian bikes - Post your pics here and ONLY here

I want to show my bike's transformation from stock to moddified.
The pics can do all the talking.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-1.jpg
The bike on the First Night. Got it at around 6-7 pm and this was clicked at 8pm.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-2.jpg
This was a few days later with Pirelli Sport Demons tyres installed.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-3.jpg
This is just a few days after I got my bike Joel'ed.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-4.jpg
This is just after my First Race, and my bike in Naked mode.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-5.jpg
This is when I decided to remove the fairing and convert my bike to a compact/naked bike.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-6.jpg
Installed Green Cotton Air Filter and had jetting done.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-7.jpg
Shifted to Cosworth and had jetting done again.

Modified Indian Bikes - Post your pics here-8.jpg
Got my exhaust rechromed and bike into a mono suspension setup. This is how it looks right now.

List of mods :-
Porting and Polishing of head.
Free Flow Exhaust
Mono Cross Suspension from FZ
110/70/R17 and 140/70/R17 Pirelli Sport Demon Tyres.
Cosworth Air Filter.

These are the major things, there are many small small things I keep on doing to the bike every now and then.

The mono is harder(set on hardest setting) and is just perfect. The bike is much more flickable and feels much more lighter and agile. There were no problems with the chain as this is located in the dead center.

Re: Modified Indian bikes - Post your pics here and ONLY here

Nice looking ride deep.
Definitely a fun wheelie machine

What were the internal mods to the bike other than the chambers?

Although a part of me doubts that 70bhp figure, it would be good to know the engine mods on this ride, specially with the new rear swingarms!

@ DesiDeep,

What about the exhaust, are they too from SCR( Same as Scott Clough?) They look pretty exotic. Were they fabricated in India?

Thanks

@ DesiDeep,

Is this running on the RDD CDI kit?

The filters sure look like they've come from Ron

Hey there guys. This is my RX turned into a dual purpose on-off roader. Some cosmetic work still incomplete. It 'll have a rear mudguard, a half chain cover, and some paint work.
The front end has been swapped with an imported on-off road suspension and complete wheel. New meter plate has been fabricated to accommodate the RXZ meters. Please feel free to ask more details. Hope you all like it.

Nice mod friend, lose the standard exhaust and go for a full blown expansion chamber, i would look good with the overall theme of the bike and when given the stick will sound and go like a proper 'blue smoker'.
