Did you hand paint the tires with the yellow paint? is it just the pics, or is the line not drawn straight? get them on both tires and you'll see how good they look.
Contemplated doing the same on my SV,but decided against it later.

I somehow dont like this type of fairing on the Karizma. Its looks as if the top fairing has been cut and attached to the bottom. It would have looked good if the fairing design was different (flat).

Does the strip come with some extra strength glue to hold onto the tire? its probably not been pressed down enough.

The Karizma's cover looks good too.

@ nitin : its kinda sticker .. its a long strip .. which you have to stick on to the perimeter of the alloy .. so i could not guide it straight since the wheel was not removed from the bike .. it doesnt look that bad if you physicaly see it ...

3.75L for this one seems to be very costly. The seller claims international bike parts, I dont see any !
Maybe the rear tire but nothing much to hype about. Also driven only for 10-15 kms, this makes me suspicious and there is no front number plate !

Decent job, but definitely not worth the Rs 3.75 lakhs.

it looks nice but that shelid with those wierd stcikers look no good. the bike is certainly not worth 3.5 but over all its a good job done.

A little tweaking to a masterpiece......

Hi everybody,

I've been reading thru the posts for quite some time now, and always wanted to chip in with a post of my own.

First things first, I currently am a proud owner of an Avenger (180 cc), red, Dec 2005 model. The only add-on I'd put in the last 3.5 years were 2 side bags (those were purely on a trial basis. Hence, I'd gotten some cheap stuff added on, just to see how it would feel or look). I was pretty much satisfied by it's looks and utility, and waited for a chance to put on some decent stuff.

For quite some time now, I was pondering over the decision of buying a car. In fact, I'd test driven many makes, and models, and finally, zeroed in on the i20. The CRDi Asta model was my final choice, but, Hyundai's price tag of a whopping 810K made me postpone the idea for later.

That's when I turned my thoughts to getting some nice things done on my bike.

To list them out, I've added the following to my "Masterpice", as I call it!
  1. Leather Saddle Bags
  2. K&N RC-1060 Air Filter
  3. Philips CrystalVision (Headlamp and Parking Light) 60/55, 12V
  4. Handlebar Grips
  5. Kings Tire 170/80/15 for the rear
  6. MRF Zapper 100/90/17 for the front
  7. Seat & Tank Cover
  8. Iridium Plugs (2 of them, and I dont know the specs of these)
  9. Double Horn

I'm attaching a few pictures of the bike..... Your comments and suggestions would be more than welcome.

Nice bike there debadya. How effective is the fairing/windscreen. Does it fully prevent the wind from hitting your face. Does it pick up a lot of scratches.?
