Techno, observe carefully the picture, you can see inverted gas reservoirs behind the saree guard.

Then, the 'mod'erator must be appreciated for creating a stir among the biking industry. But, this picture clearly agrees to the size and contour of the test mule pic posted few days back.

First of all I have never seen a full fairing on an air cooled bike. Is this hinting at something !!!!!!!

Also notice clipons and rearsets. Are those 17" wheels..sure looks smaller than before.

Although the quality/paint of the fairing is top notch, the dual shocks, the saree guard and the bulky chain cover totally spoil the overall look.
Ends up looking like an aftermarket job. Least they could do is paint the shock black so that its hidden.

Also noticed the clip-ons after Mpower pointed it out.

Looks quite different! From the pic, the gear lever seems too close to the fairing, but it might very well be the angle at which the pic was taken. And those thin tires!!

Looks damn sad. Only HH can come up with such crappy looking bikes time and again. I still wonder how they managed to produce a hot looker like the CBZ. Hope the new Zma will have some extra poke atleast.

I feel they should work on better designs and bring a better looking bike afresh, than still working on the same old platform.

Nice scoop there! I personally don't think the full fairing goes well with bikes with 150, 220 cc engine capacity. It always turns out to be under tyred. But knowing what HH is and their dominance in the Indian market so far, they might be able to just pull this one off!

Here is the latest on this bike. A scoop Video posted on You tube

Here is what the poster says

Quote:
New Hero Honda Bike under testing. caught it during my trip from jaipur to delhi near Hero Honda's Dharuhera Plant, near Bilaspur. The bike is awesome. It' has rear disc Brakes, front of course, muscular body, more rider friendly seating position, digital speedometer, led tails lamps and indicators in the rear resemble to CBZ Xtreme, the capacity of the engine is not known by me, but by the size of bike i can say that it is either new 250 cc FI bike or maybe 300/350 cc Bike. The video was taken by me on 29/07/09. Most Probable launch of this bike will be during Diwali season. It's for sure that the bike is under testing and this time Hero Honda is really going to shut the mouths of many in the market. Lets see what happens in future.

Nice scoop there @Technocrat. Dude was riding with his feet on the pillion footrest on wet roads. 300/350cc is overambitious.

As I also posted elsewhere, the fairing looks really bulky to me..unless the engine size is bigger I don't see the point of such a huge and frankly not such a nice looking fairing!

Shocks look stupid too, hopefully this will not be on the finished bike.

The fairing looks very wierd on a bike thats so tall. HH should have opted for a 17-in wheel. Also the fairing is not very proportional (does not gel with the bike) to the bike and makes the bike looks small.
