JASO FD is the latest. But the only oil available in India that meets this spec. is Motul 510, which is imported from France. All the others I'v seen are stuck at JASO FC, including Petronas.

I bought the last 3 bottles of the 510 left here. Its a superb oil but a little expensive for everyday use.

Yes it is on the expensive side esp. if your usage is more. But at least its not as expensive as Motul 800. Anyway, if you need more, you could ask them to get more. I'm sure there are plenty bottles in Pune. One of my friends recently bought 7 - 8 bottles.

The RX is back and just topped up with Motul 510. It really is a superb oil.

Will pick up a bottle of the Petronas Sprint 4000, Motul 800 and Mak 2T. Need to try those 3.

I was surprised to find out that the Mak 2T is semi synthetic.

I'll probably just buy a 250 ml bottle of the Mak.

Deepakmenon is using the 800 in the oil tank of his RZ. I might just use a few drops in the tank as advised by my mechanic.

^^^ Upto you, but you'll be going against the advice of Motul itself. Also, mixing stuff is not a good idea.

I still haven't even opned my bottle of Motul 510. The Jet X in the tank is still not exhausted...

I will not be mixing oils. Will wait for the 510 to be burnt and then try the other oils in small quantities like 250 ml.

I still have a bottle of 510 at home as well. There are 2 more left to buy too.
