First of all thanks guys! sorry for not posting here often, got involved in something else.

Completed 12,000KM today and it has been what, 8 months? Phew been going to the track every saturday since 5 weeks now, this bike is an absolute beauty of a handler :-) Managed max lean even with a wet track.

Bike currently needs a complete top end rebuild, should have got one done at 8-9K but had no time. Its surprising how reliable this bike is, never break down once in 12,000KMs only the cycle parts gave some issues. Fork oil seals, clutch rubbers, new tyres, new steering cup-cones and new brake pads. Thats it. Although each part is expensive sigh. Just fork seals + labor cost ~100SGD, thats 3300Rs. Still havent opened the carb since I bought it lol.

Haha the bike does not have ES. Probably to save weight :\

Bike cost me 1850SGD, ~62K. Insurance was another 400SGD and xfer fees some 70$. Bike itself is ~8 years old.

Specs: nsr150sp

Here's a simple audio clip of the bike in action :-) This was between two traffic lights, Maximum hit 140odd in 5th and with lots of revs left in 5th and one more gear left :-)

PS: I have a 110 rear tyre and the stock tyre is 120. Still don't understand why 154cc mopeds in india have 140 rear tyres :\

There is a huge form-over-function delusion in this country. Even my brother, who has a PhD in engineering made a comment about how Indian bikes need fatter tires. When I explained that there was no need for it in terms of power put to the ground and the compromise on handling it would cause, he shut up.
