nice bike one but paint job not good on the tank, brakes out of 1-10 I give 2,
Specifications:
LT 85
Says:(though I have to get it checked by local mech if price is fixed)
NO RESTRICTOR, STD bore, original piston, some coils got from delhi(not original),oil pump working

What I saw:

no oil leaks, battery ok, no rust, no dents, Paint not good on tank(needs a change) tyres ok, shocks nice, no wire joints, no bent in fork tubes,{ handling, gears change -good enough }running on original jets, and mileage bee 20kmpl, papers ok, though has to pay 800rs for registration

Guys what should be its price? Please let me know your opinions
Also how much does it cost for brake job?

My friend in Chennai could probably hook you up with a good RD 350 for about Rs. 25,000. Let me ask him and find out, and i'll let you know.

N!ce bike!!

Considerin' the crappy RD's that i've seen while browsing for one for my friend....... none with an asking price lower than 16k......this one can probably sell for 35k easily......also coz its stock!!!

Hey,

You could get 2 for that price + save some amount to spend on fuel/mods/etc/etc

Nice looking bike, just hear for wierd engine noises, physically she looks good..........i would say 30-35K would be a good deal. Anything under 30K would be a steal.

i doubt the owner would settle for anything less than 40-45. RD's in such good condition are very difficult to obtain. And whoever sells one will definitely command a high price. Seems to be in mint condition looking at the chrome on the mudguard, silencer and shoks. Tail lights are also original. 45 is the max i would pay for this.

hey zulfikar, Who was your mechanics in hyderabad? 25k was a steal if it was original LT on standard pistons, Not .25,.5 oR last bore. I doubt they might go for even less than 20 k

Rd

Lets consider one manages to get an RD350 in a fairly good condition, how difficult is it to obtain spares???
Lets say like throttle cable, brake shoes, spark plugs, wheel bearings and other common spares.
Is it possible to procure these spares???
