The Yamaha Gladiator is a 150 cc bike which Yamaha intends to launch in India in mid 2006, aong with the Fazer 250. These 2 bikes are doing pretty well in Brazil, where economic conditions are prety similar to those of India.

The Fazer will be fuel injected while the Gladiator is carburatted, both single-cylinder engines, and churn out decent power.

The Gladiator might just turn out to be India's most attractive motorbike with underseat exhausts, USD forks, gas shockers and awesome styling.

The pics are places at XBHP...if you guys wanna check them out.

Even after all these years, these 2 are still relevant in our market. And one must appreciate the Unicorn, whose exterior styling has not changed much since the day it was launched here. Other than the paint, sticker and lamp case glass, pretty much every other exterior shape and panel is still the same. As for the pulsar elements in headlamp and taillamp have seen changes with cowls here and there. Overall still a cash cow for both their parent brands.
