I was also checking this. Dominar 400/Ktm Duke/ADV 390/ NS 400Z; all three levers are direct fit for the Speed 400. By extension, all mod levers available in outside market for these bikes as well. There are videos on YouTube for the Speed 400 showing the mod with the NS400Z. It's the cheapest OEM unit currently. Or the Moxi type for KTM Adv/Duke, you can try as well. I think Triumph is overcharging and it's hard to get the MY2025 levers.

Buying a Triumph Speed 400? Make sure you have spare mirrors and levers

I had the Speed 400 for around 6 months but now am having some tough luck. My friend dropped it on the right side around 5 days ago while turning the motorcycle.

Results:

- Broken mirror clamp (needs full mirror replacement of one side)
- Broken brake lever

Fast forward to today, I was turning the motorcycle on a slope and the engine stalled and I lost balance. The bike titled to the right and I couldn't pick it back up. After it tilted almost fully (~2inch from the ground, I let it go) and the bike fell again.

Results:

- Broken mirror clamp
- Broken clutch lever

Both breaks from the same area. It is safe to assume that how mild the fall is, there is no saving the mirror and the lever of that side.

So, you have a few options:
- Keep replacement mirrors and levers if you really like the aesthetic/do not have a service center nearby/can't risk out of stock parts.
- Buy regular mirrors and let the gap in the handlebar look weird.
- Buy bar end sliders which will make the already long handlebars even longer.

re: Buying a Triumph Speed 400? Make sure you have spare mirrors and levers

I'd suggest put proper handguards like Acerbis/Barkbusters and ditch the bar end mirrors if you are worried about them breaking more often. You can anyway buy the scrambler 400x mirrors or any other one and install it in the threaded holes you already have on your Speed 400.
Now coming to the broken levers - these levers have a break-off tip. These will break at the tip to save you from the levers going completely useless. So in your case - the levers did what they are designed to do.
