Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2025 edition of the Passion Plus at Rs 81,651 (ex-showroom).



The Passion Plus continues to be powered by the same 97.2cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 8 BHP and 8.05 Nm. However, the engine has now been upgraded to meet the latest OBD-2B emission norms.

Apart from the upgrades to the engine, no other changes have been made to the Passion Plus. The bike is equipped with a conventional telescopic front fork and dual shock absorbers in the rear. It rides on alloy wheels and is fitted with drum brakes.

The 2025 Passion Plus is available in two colours: Black with Red decals and Black with Blue decals.

It is interesting how the Splendor and Passion are going on for decades with the same design, the same headlamps, even the tank remains unchanged. Although both the bikes are synonymous to reliability, these minor statutory updates make them more reliable and that's why they sell in such volumes. Even today in my village, Splendor is the go-to choice for most buyers, and for those who don't like the boxy shape of Splendor, the Passion is an alternative.

• The speedometer has been replaced with the one from BS6 Super Splendor.
• The headlight is now H shaped LED with projectors similar to Glamour 125 OG.
