E-20 Ethanol based Fuel Stabilizer

Hi Guys,
I have a RE 500CC UCE BS3 with Carburetor bullet.
It misses and knocks at low speed to moderate speed (40km or lower). I have visited innumerable times to RE Service centers for this issue. They changed Spark Plugs, Ignition coils, Ignition caps, CDI Unit, even the carburetor. All wiring checked. Nothing helped.
It's happening due to e-20 fuel. I have found STA-BIL 360 as one of the main additives. But unfortunately it's very costly and I can't afford.
RE has come out with e-20 based carburetor kit for 350cc but nothing released for 500cc.
Please help.
