Oh yes, that is on the cards too. But I guess it will a while before it actually sees the sunrise. My assumption is 2026 and thats seems a bit too far to wait.

There is some talk on 3 launches tomorrow including Adv S, Enduro R, and SMC-R. I am interested to checkout the Enduro R, hope the suspension is a bit supple and sags a bit unlike their first gen 390 advs.

No SMC-R for India. There are only two versions of the ADV and one Enduro R. That is what I heard from a local dealer.

Pricing has to be sensible for the Enduro R. It can be the Xpulse we always wanted with a bigger heart.

Except the SMC R was getting tested here with a saree guard. If you spot a KTM test mule with saree guard in India, it's getting launched here. It's the usual KTM ritual

Dealers can be often clueless. Autocar said the launch will happen in the second half of 2025.

Is the launch even happening? If yes any idea at what time? I have refreshed this page and google numerous number of times from morning only to find no info yet. Hope info from autocar about this being launched in second half is not turning to be true

Bajaj/KTM should learn a thing or two from Royal Enfield about product launches.

This is so underwhelming for a motorcycle that's fundamentally different, new, and more capable. They can't seem to be to able to use the momentum they have created for themselves. Especially when they need it the most.

Is this the launch KTM India posted about ? KTM UK also posted about 390 adventure being unvieled today, but I dont see any further updates.
I am not entirely sure if there is going to be a true launch today.

It’s a sad state of affairs. Such an anticipated bike, yet no live launch or anything. It doesn’t inspire confidence in the brand, given the current state of the parent company.

Adventure X has TFT screen and the S version comes with tubeless spoked wheels?! KTM is killing it!

Edit: Maybe not the TFT screen. The website has contradicting information. The title says LCD display but the description says H450 TFT display. I guess the details are still being updated on the website.

So far what I've understood is that the international launch happened today. With R and X variants. There is about a 1300£ difference between them in UK prices. X gets 200mm travel and 825mm seat height and 19/17 setup. S is an India only middle of the ground variant and KTM India might hold an Indian event to launch the India specific bikes soon.

What I find more interesting is, the S version will supposedly come with 21/17 tubeless spoke setup with 835mm seat height. Both the X and the S have the same 200mm suspension travel - front and rear. Which means that the wheels from the S can likely be a direct fit on the X.

If the X is priced 50-60k less than the S variant, like the outgoing models, it's a brilliant value proposition! One could buy the X and in the future, swap its 19/17 alloys with 21/17 tubeless spokes.

The last X was cheaper than a Duke 390 iirc so the new X can be cheaper than current Duke. It makes sense as there are no fancy electronics on this one. And it's not as nerfed as the first gen was. 200mm travel and 230mm GC is solid for soft-roading and bad roads. You can even swap the shocks with S if you wish to.

And the suspense continues. Such a lousy bike release experience. The website just shows icons and when you click you see the old bike still.
I have been waiting for this bike from the day pics got released 1st and now after a day long work logged in to see the release - and vain the suspense still continues...
