Folks, we are doing well. There is A LOT of money rolling among the elite circles in our country. If Louis Vuitton can sell you a tiny Dauphine bag for INR 400,000, this Vespa suddenly looks like a bargain. Plus they throw in a slick jacket. Good luck getting anything for free with LV.

I can relate to it if Royal Enfield sold a gold plated 650 or a titanium edition with some drool worthy accessories. It has a cult following in India and there are people who may be collecting REs. even internationally!

When I read this I was like wow a limited edition 946 cc scooter? Do these even exist? And then read on.... honestly maybe am just old but if I had seen this on a bike (or any vehicle really) without context, I would have assumed it was done in some local sticker shop and looks hideous.

Oh boy, For a second I was thinking MAXI Scoot and how ? with a 900 cc engine - I m looking for a maxi scooter for age is catching up and biking for a few more years is ok post that the comfort of a maxi scooter will help with some long rides or semi long rides of 500 odd km ! bigger wheels than a scooter and for some reason (yup stupid I am) I actually thought wow 900 cc for about 14 lakhs all in. thought big Honda Forza !

Have to wait a few more years I guess unless some birdie can say a a Maxi Scoot is on its way !

I read some comments and some of you seem surprised.

Its not their first attempt at this. Few years ago, they launched 946 Emporio Armani Edition for 12L (which was 125cc, even worse), and earlier this year the Justin Bieber edition for 6.5L.
