The red and gold version is probably targeted at older RCB fans.

But there seems to be a clear bifurcation in variants with the lower ones receiving the Meteor's console (with optional Tripper pod maybe) and the higher one getting the Himalayan 450's TFT console.

Is it just me or does the tank appear to be slightly smaller? Visually it seems to be so.

If so, then along with the removed the tank guards and the spoked rims there will be a definite weight loss.

Also curious how much of difference in weight the right side up forks have over an upside down forks.

With the color schemes in the video, the tyre tread patterns and the instrument placement the Guerilla 450 gives off Ducati Scrambler vibes!

The weight seems to have gone done from 432 pounds to 403 pounds, according to one of the foreign websites. That's 183 kgs.

RE bikes and poor tyre choices seem to go hand in hand. For years people continued buying their 650s with poor tyre options after tyre ban and now we have a 160 section for the rear. You have bikes like the ZX4RR and the new hornet 750 riding with 160 section tyres with twice the power, why this needs a 160 section is beyond me. Hell, even the 390s could do with a 140 section.

Never beating the gorilla allegations with that 185kg weight either

Seems a bit off from the front, maybe it's me being used to the Himalayan's tall face that causes that feeling. Regardless, seems well priced vis a vis the Speed 400, for the extra 50 displacement. Not sure if people will like it though, it's very unlike Royal Enfield in appearance and I assume feel as well, let's see.

I for one love this refreshing new design from RE.

I believe this is the direction they need to take if they want to remain competitive in the global market and bring in a new set of riders into the fold. They cannot afford to rely on the Classic 350s and Interceptor 650s alone.

Hope it is as nimble and agile to ride as it looks, and is reliable as well!
