Honda china 100cc bikes makes its way to India

Dear friends i just saw an ad in Hindu motoring section yesterday Honda china 100cc road bikes with disc,self,alloys and registration forRs30,000.

Now is it possible to import in bulk and sell them here without undergoing any govt procedures, and also is it wise to buy them as they are cheap and also come from honda with all other goodies.
